Project: Implementation of the quality management system within CROTEH Ltd

The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and is implemented within the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020

A short description of the project

CROTEH d.o.o. concluded a Grant Agreement Number KK.03.2.1.14.0351 for the implementation of the Project Implementation of the Quality Management System within CROTEH d.o.o. with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovation and Investments (HAMAG BICRO).

The project provides for implementing and certifying the quality management system according to the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 and parallel implementing of the quality management system into the laboratory according to the requirements of HRN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017.

The total value of the project is HRK 281,291.97, and the amount of total acceptable project costs is HRK 174,940.00. Grants awarded amount to HRK 146,949.60 . The estimated duration of the project is 24 months.

Project implementation period

The project was implemented from 1 October 2020 to 1 October 2022.

General objectives of the project

The implementation and certification of the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015, and parallel implementation of the quality management system into the testing laboratory according to standard HRN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017, as well as the accreditation of the laboratory by the Croatian Accreditation Agency as regards the standards HRI CEN / TR 15310-1-5, HRN EN ISO 5667-13, VDI 4630, OENORM S 2027-4.

  • Successfully implemented project, and administrative tasks executed correctly, without any delays, and with efficiently used human, time and financial resources

Expected results of the project: Educated employees, acquired standards, introduced and certified management system, accredited laboratory, ensured visibility, implemented project.
